Invite A Guest
Guests are always welcome on any trip at Blizzard Ski & Snowboard School! Bring your friends! Bring your family! We love to share our passion for snowsports with everyone!
All guests must be able to ski or snowboard safely. We are not able to accomodate guests who are complete beginners.
All guests must be registered to attend a trip.
Option #1: Send your guest an evite using the link below, or use the links available when you register yourself for the trip. Your guests must respond to the evite by the reservation deadline (typically Thursday at 8pm) or they will not be able to attend. Your guest may pay the trip fee online by credit card, cash, or check.
Option #2: Call the office and let us know your name and your guest's name, age and bus stop. On the morning of the trip, your guest must present our bus staff with a completed Blizzard Guest Registration Form, available below. Your guest may pay the trip fee by cash or check only.
Equipment: All guests MUST have their own equipment. Rentals are NOT available to Blizzard members or guests at local snowsports destinations. We do not have staff to assist with rentals and our staff is not legally able to sign the waiver required to rent to your minor child.
Lessons: Guests may take up to 4.5 hours of instruction or spend their day free skiing/riding with friends. To take a lesson, go to the lesson area at 10:00 a.m. for classification into a
color (ability) level. Then check the lesson schedule for the right meeting time and location based on your color.
Cost: Guests pay the same trip fees as members, plus a small administrative Guest Fee.* (See
pricing for details.) This includes your lift ticket, round-trip bus transportation and optional lessons.
*If a guest makes a reservation and then misses the trip without canceling their reservation by the reservation deadline, the guest will be charged a No-Show Fee. This fee covers busing and administrative expenses and is necessary to keep costs low for all members. Other policies may apply for special events.
Option #1: Online Invitation (e-vite)
Send your guest an email invitation from Blizzard similar to the one you receive each week! Once you send the invitation, your guest must reply in order to register for the trip.
> Click here to send an e-vite to your guest! | | Option #2: Download Permission Slip
Download this form and have your friend's parent or guardian fill it out completely. Bring the form to Blizzard. Be sure to let the office know that there will be a guest on the bus so we save a seat and have an extra lift ticket.

FAQs
If your question is not answered below, please contact the Blizzard office.
Q: When can I bring a guest?
A: Guests are welcome on all trips.
Q: Do guests already need to know how to ski or snowboard?
A: Yes. We regret we are unable to accomodate guests who are complete beginners.
Q: Do parents need to register as guests?
A: No. Parents of Blizzard members are welcome at events and do not need to register as a guest. However, please email the office and tell us your name, your child's name, and what bus you'll be riding (or if you're driving) so we can be sure to have enough tickets, etc. available. Thanks!
Q: Can guests rent equipment at Blizzard?
A: No. Blizzard staff are unable to supervise the rental process and cannot sign waivers or liability releases for rental equipment.
Q: What's included?
A: The guest fee includes round-trip transportation, lift ticket, and lessons. You need to bring money for food and drink if you do not pack snacks and a lunch. Other policies may apply for special events.
Q: What if my guest can't make it?
A: If your guest doesn't want to come, he or she can simply ignore the invitation. If your guest registers but then misses the trip, your guest will be charged a nominal no-show fee if they did not cancel their reservation by the event deadline. Other policies may apply for special events.
Q: How many times may guests go to Blizzard?
A: Each guest may attend up to three regular trips. After that, it's time to join!
Q: Do guests have to register with Blizzard?
