"The 'Parent Breakthrough' program deserves its name -- I feel like I finally took a step forward in my skiing, after so many years of not improving at all!" -- R.C.

Description
Getting ready for a trip to the mountains? Haven't skied in years? This is your program! Break through that plateau in your own skiing or snowboarding. Or maybe just break into snowsports for the very first time. You sacrifice year after to year, letting your children have all the fun, week after week. Well now it's your turn! We've tailored our Parent Program to meet your needs! Staffed only by our top instructors with years of teaching experience, this program is virtually guaranteed to take you wherever you want to go with the snowsport of your choice. Enjoy small-group instruction for beginners from 10a - 12p and for intermediates/advanced from 1p-3p. From 12p-1p, everyone has lunch together for presentations about snowsports, personal skill development and the latest industry information. Your program also includes individualized video analysis of your skiing/riding to better achieve your personal snowsports goals. [Note: The daily schedule may be adjusted based on enrollment. If private (1:1) lessons result, sessions may be reduced to 1/2-day.]

Parent Breakthrough Program participants are encouraged to have their own contemporary equipment. Rentals are generally available at each area, for adults only and at full rental prices.

How Does It Work?
Each week you are contacted via email (evite) or phone, whichever you prefer, to make a reservation for the upcoming trip. We'll tell you the trip date, destination, bus times and any special events for the day. You must RSVP by the reservation deadline (typically Thursday at 8pm) if your child wishes to attend. If you attend, you pay the weekly trip fee which covers the lift ticket and round trip transportation. If your child doesn't attend for any reason (sick, birthday party, family conflict) and you cancel by the reservation deadline, there is no charge. If you make a reservation, do not cancel, and do not attend, you will be charged a nominal No-Show Fee. (See pricing for details.) We always process charges after the trip so we only charge those who actually attend.

If you want to drive instead of riding the bus, respond accordingly on your evite or contact the office by the reservation deadline. We will have a discounted lift ticket (rates vary by area) waiting for you at the Blizzard Table inside the chalet. We can charge this to your credit card on file, or you can pay by cash/check at the Blizzard Table.
