Payment Options


Blizzard charges an annual Program Fee (for a full season of instruction) to join Blizzard. After that, you pay a Weekly Trip Fee (for lift ticket and round trip transportation) only for the trips you attend. It's the best pay-as-you-go system there is! There are two payment options.

Option 1: Credit card
Enter your credit card information on our secure website when you register for Blizzard (privacy policy). You can update this information at any time.
  • Each week, we'll either call you or send an email to you (your choice) asking if you plan to attend the upcoming trip.
  • If you attend the trip, we'll automatically charge the trip fee to your credit card on the Monday after the trip.
  • If you tell us you'll attend and then miss the trip without canceling your reservation, we'll charge a No-Show Fee to your credit card. This fee covers your reserved spot on the bus we were unable to assign to another member and administrative expenses.
  • If you rsvp "no", or do not rsvp that week and do not attend, we will not charge your credit card.


  • Option 2: Cash or check
    Complete your registration form online and then mail us a check for your total registration fee. Remember to put the member's name on your check!

  • Each week, we'll either call you or send an email to you (your choice) asking if you plan to attend the upcoming trip.
  • If you attend the trip, please bring either a check payable to Blizzard or the correct amount of cash. We'll collect it on the bus.
  • If you tell us you'll attend and then miss the trip without canceling your reservation, we'll send a bill for the No-Show Fee. You can either send a check to the office or pay the fee with cash or a check on your next trip.
  • If you rsvp "no", or do not rsvp that week and do not attend, we will not charge you any trip fees.


  • You can always log into your member profile to check your account online. If you find an error, just give us a call or send an email. We'll do our best to fix it right away!

    Please note: We are typically unable to change payment options or credit card information on a weekly basis. If your situation requires coordinating payments from multiple persons, we may ask for prepayment for the season. If prepayment is made, refunds for any missed trips will be promptly refunded via check at the end of the season.
