Blizzard collects certain personal information from registered members and staff in order to conduct its business. We absolutely never share this information with anyone except when required by law, when necessary to complete a transaction you have authorized, or as described in this policy.

We need your personal information to process registrations and weekly trip reservations. We also use your contact information to send membership materials, periodic updates and member alerts. You may also receive information from our affiliated shops, including Hoigaards, Pierce Skate & Ski and Erik's. Your contact information will only be provided to other companies as necessary to deliver these services and will always be treated as confidential data in such cases.

Your contact information (such as member and parent names, grade, school, address, phone number, etc.) may be published in a member directory. The directory will only be provided to registered members and staff. Members and staff are expected to treat the information in the directory as confidential data.

Our website is hosted in a secure environment and all data is protected by multiple layers of security. We use SSL encryption whenever we send or request sensitive information over the internet. Sensitive data like credit card information is further encrypted on our servers.
