SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2012: MT. KATO
Team Blizzard Snowboarders compete in the TransWorld TransAM event at Powder Ridge! Watch for a separate invitation to the event! Here are the details:

Team Blizzard boarders compete in the Transworld TransAm Traffic Jam at Powder Ridge this weekend! You do not have to compete to attend the event. Here's the schedule:
8:00am – 9:30am Registration/Rider Check-in
10:45am – Rider Meeting @ Mini Park
11:00am – 12:00 Traffic Jam
1:00pm – 1:45pm Finals
2:30pm Awards/Pizza Party

There are NO BUSES for the Powder Ridge competition; you must provide your own transportation to and from the area (see www.powderridge.com for directions). Please arrive between 8:00-9:30 a.m. and pick up your rider by 3:00 p.m. Check in at the Blizzard Table inside the chalet to get your lift ticket and event information when you arrive.

After the event, there will be regular Team practice until all riders are picked up. Please DO NOT leave with your rider until you check out with a coach!

A parent or guardian must register each rider competing on Saturday! If you did not already register online, the coaches will help you register on-site. It is possible that you will not be able to register on the day of the event if the competition is full.

If you choose not to compete, you are welcome on the regular trip but there will be no team practice.
